| Management Team
Chris Fleek Chris Fleek brings to Octane Recruiting over 12 years’ experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. He has a track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, Human Resource Generalist and Management roles and responsibilities, internship program management, college placement and group training/facilitation. His industry experience includes IT, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Education, Marketing, Fulfillment, Mining and Healthcare. Prior to starting an HR Consulting business in 2004, Fleek served as Human Resources Manager for Archway Marketing Services, a leader in outsourced marketing and fulfillment services. Previously he worked in college placement as the Assistant Director of the North Dakota State University Career Center and as Campus Recruiter for Great Plains Software (now Microsoft) in Fargo, North Dakota. He began his professional career as a recruiter and Assistant to the Director of Admissions for his Alma Mater, Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. At Concordia, Fleek earned Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Communications. In addition he has done post-graduate work in the MBA program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln including studies in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Bob Lundblad Bob Lundblad adds a unique combination of experience in sales, marketing and project management to Octane Recruiting that complement his core recruiting expertise. For the past five years he has managed contract recruiting teams working for Fortune 500 corporations in Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Mining & Manufacturing and Entertainment industries. He has also been “hands-on” developing and implementing recruitment strategies to source and identify candidates for a broad range of business requirements. Prior to his current role, Bob held senior positions in both corporate and agency environments, and for a number of years was responsible for selling corporate events and sponsorships along with managing event marketing programs for clients. He also held a senior account management position in Public Relations and was involved in launching and branding companies in the high-tech market. Bob began his career in broadcast television working for both NBC and CBS affiliates in the Midwest and then led an award-winning multimedia production department at Motorola. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Media Communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. |
