Chris Fleek brings to Octane Recruiting over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. He has a track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, Human Resource Generalist and Management roles and responsibilities, internship program management, college placement and group training/facilitation. His industry experience includes IT, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Education, Marketing, Fulfillment, Mining and Healthcare. He has worked as a contract Recruiter / RPO Project Manager for the Boeing Company since 2005.
Prior to starting an HR Consulting business in 2004, Fleek served as Human Resources Manager for Archway Marketing Services, a leader in outsourced marketing and fulfillment services. Previously he worked in college placement as the Assistant Director of the North Dakota State University Career Center and as Campus Recruiter for Great Plains Software (now Microsoft) in Fargo, North Dakota. He began his professional career as a recruiter and Assistant to the Director of Admissions for his Alma Mater, Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
At Concordia, Fleek earned Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Communications. In addition he has done post-graduate work in the MBA program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln including studies in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
